This is a sample mobile app for a service company. Customers sign up with a phone number, choose a service and a time, pay online and receive push notifications. The app is built on one codebase for iOS and Android, with a back end and an admin panel. A separate landing page with links to the app stores supports the launch.
01The task
Regular customers booked by phone, and administrators spent a lot of time on confirmations and reminders.
02What we did
We designed the core scenario, from sign-in to payment, and showed a clickable prototype before development. Then we built the app, the admin panel and automatic reminders.
03The result
Customers book and pay in the app, and reminders go out without an administrator’s involvement.
