Hesap (hesap.uz) is an online service for signing contracts between parties, under the slogan “2clicks — Shartnoma tuzish endi oson” (making contracts is easy now). A user drafts a contract from a template and sends it to the counterparty, and both sides sign online. NDC developed the interface and the web platform, with personal accounts and document history.
01The task
Signing contracts on paper takes time: printing, meetings, couriers. The service had to make the process clear for people who had never worked with electronic documents.
02What we did
We reduced the process to a few steps: choose a template, fill in the details, send, sign. We built personal accounts with document history and statuses, and notifications when the other party signs.
03The result
The service runs at hesap.uz and lets parties conclude contracts without paper.
