CRM and business automation
CRM and internal systems built around your processes: requests, deals, documents and reports in one place instead of spreadsheets and chats.

NDC develops CRM and automation systems around a company’s own processes: tracking requests and clients, the sales pipeline, documents, staff roles and reports. Where needed, the system connects to your website, Telegram and telephony. We start by mapping current processes and roll the system out in stages, so staff can switch over without stopping work.
While a company is small, requests live in Telegram and clients live in a spreadsheet. As it grows, this stops working: requests get lost, nobody sees the full picture, and the monthly report is put together by hand. A CRM fixes exactly that.
What can be automated
- requests from the website, Telegram and phone in one system;
- the sales pipeline and managers’ tasks;
- contracts, invoices and document templates;
- access rights for different roles;
- reports for management.
We do not sell an off-the-shelf box. We first describe how your processes work today, remove unnecessary steps, and only then move them into the system.

How we work
- 01
Step 1
Process mapping
We talk to management and staff and map how a request moves today from start to finish.
- 02
Step 2
Specification and prototype
We fix modules, roles and integrations, and show a prototype of the key screens.
- 03
Step 3
Module-by-module build
We build the system in parts, starting with the module that brings the most value.
- 04
Step 4
Data migration
We move clients and history over from spreadsheets and older systems.
- 05
Step 5
Launch and training
We train the team, support the first weeks of use and refine the system based on feedback.
Questions about this service
Sometimes an off-the-shelf CRM is enough, and we will say so. A custom system makes sense when your processes are specific or you keep working around a ready-made tool.
