UX/UI design at NDC is done by our studio Mazmoon (mazmoon.uz). We study the product, competitors and users, design user flows and prototypes, then create the interface and a design system in Figma. Every design is unique; we do not use templates. Mazmoon works on NDC projects and also takes standalone design work.
Good interface design is only noticed when it is missing: someone cannot find a button, abandons a form, calls support. So we start design with questions. Who is the user, what are they trying to do, and where do they get stuck today?
Mazmoon is the design studio within NDC. It designs the interfaces for our websites, apps and CRM systems, and also takes standalone projects where another team handles development. For Poytaxt Bank, for example, the studio designed a mobile app.
What you receive is not a set of pictures but working Figma files: a prototype, layouts for every state, components and rules that let developers build the interface without guessing.
