Modern City Construct (moderncityconstruct.uz) is the website of a JIP Group construction company, built by NDC. It presents a premium residential complex: apartments from 52 to 358 m², car-free courtyards with recreation areas and views over a closed inner courtyard. The site has an about section, a gallery, contacts and a callback request form.
01The task
A buyer of a premium apartment judges the project visually first. The site had to show the complex's atmosphere and key advantages straight away and turn interest into a call with a sales manager.
02What we did
We built a full-screen hero with a rendering of the complex and its key facts, a gallery, an about section and a prominent “Request a call” button on every page.
03The result
The site runs at moderncityconstruct.uz and is linked from the JIP Group holding site.
