OpenDeal is a freelance marketplace developed by NDC. Clients post tasks with a description and budget, and freelancers respond and maintain a profile with a portfolio. The platform has a directory of freelancers, an order feed, responses and personal accounts for both sides. NDC handled the design and web development.
01The task
The client needed a place where clients and freelancers find each other without middlemen in chat groups. Both sides had to see quickly who they were dealing with.
02What we did
We designed two journeys, one for clients and one for freelancers, along with portfolio profiles, task posting and a response system. The platform was built as a web application with an admin panel for moderation.
03The result
OpenDeal now has a working platform with personal accounts and moderation tools.
