For Poytaxt Bank, NDC and the Mazmoon studio designed the mobile app: user flows, a prototype and the interface of the main screens, covering accounts, cards, transfers and payments. The work included a Figma design system for handover to developers. This was a design-only project; another team built the app.
01The task
In a banking app people move money, so any ambiguity causes anxiety. The interface had to be clear on first use for customers of all ages.
02What we did
We worked through the flows for the main operations, reduced the number of steps in transfers and payments, and built the interface in a dark palette with large type. All components and screen states are documented in a design system.
03The result
The bank received a complete app design and design system for its development team to build from.
