Huntly (huntly.uz) is NDC's own product, a platform for jobs and one-off gigs in Uzbekistan. A job seeker or employer records a voice message, and AI turns it into a profile or vacancy and suggests matches with a plain-language explanation. The service works in Telegram and in an Android app, in Russian and Uzbek.
01The task
Many people find it hard to write a CV, and employers struggle to describe a vacancy or a small task quickly. As a result, good candidates and gigs get lost before the first contact.
02What we did
We made voice the main way to fill things in: AI parses the message and builds a structured profile or vacancy from it. Matching shows a plain-language explanation instead of a percentage score. Permanent jobs and one-off gigs live in one service.
03The result
Huntly is available at huntly.uz, in Telegram and as an Android app.
